how to upload Annex to the forum

our forum allow use upload their file or images such as .rar .zip .doc .jpg .gif and so on. the use also can sale their annex to earn gold coins of the bbs.skmp3.com forum.
   the file size lower than 2048KB, and sale price lower than 30 gold coins.

    If the file size you upload large than 2048KB,then you need cut the file into parts by winRAR From sub-volume compression.
